Area of work:
Within the quality department and in close collaboration with the production support departments, you support the Quality Manager on the following subjects:

Topics
– Abolition of pasteurization on certain products (bibliographic research, experimental plan, bacteriological analyses, etc.);
– Bibliographic research on the choice of pasteurization parameters for acidified products. Validation and comparison of different treatments
Tasks of the apprentice/intern:
Entering internal databases (internal incidents, glass breakages, customer complaints);
Request for supplier guarantees (packaging, raw materials, trade products);
Traceability exercise;
Crisis management simulation, intrusion test;
Internal audits and inspections (good practices, hygiene, foreign bodies, documentaries);
Update of finished product technical data sheets;
Update of specifications, mainly on Trace One;
Validation of DDM before and after opening;
Writing and updating the documentation system (procedures, records).

Working hours:
35 per week
